New Season of The Hundreds Footwear: Now Available at The Hundreds, True & District

Johnson Low Purple FA09

Johnson Mid Grey FA09

LA’s The Hundreds (who hawk a full line o’ 90s skate scene-inspired apparel) are droppin’ their fourth season of clean and simple kicks, which stay true to the 2.5 styles they’ve used since the beginning, but’re executed in sweet new materials and colors to keep the collection just fresh enough, assuming you refrigerate after opening. The core of the collection’s the Johnson (yes!) — a tidy, Keds-ish sneaker with rounded stitch accents, white gum soles (w/ a single contrast stripe down the side), and soft EVA insoles — available both as canvas low-tops in black, blue, purple, or red, and perforated leather mids which switch out the purple option for gray, as purple perf’d leather’s a maaaajorfaux pas. Even more subdued’re the canvas, low-top Valenzuelas in white, black, and burgundy, which feature light n’ comfy foam padding on the tongue and collar, jumbo/all white outsoles (rocking rectangular Hundreds logos at the heel), and run a half-size small, just like your own Pequena Valenzuela.

If you’re a Teva man, you can still rock The Hundreds acrylic/nylon socks, which come loudlyemblazoned with tonal bomb monograms or Waldo stripes, because they can’t ask you to fix anything if they can’t find you.
